In 1999, Steward began an association with Canadian guitar slinger: Colin James. He recorded and toured with James on and off for the better part of a decade.
In 2003 Pat joined up with popular Canadian rocker Matthew Good. He recorded and toured with Good on the album "Avalanche" and continued on for Good's 2004 "White Light Rock & Roll Review" 2007's "Hospital Music".
In 2007 Odds reformed. Steward resumed his role in the band while continuing as a busy session player. Odds recorded their fifth album "Cheerleader" in 2008. While managing to tour and record with Odds, Steward has also fit in tours and recordings with: the reunited "Payola$", Barney Bentall, Dustin Bentall, Bryan Adams, Jann Arden, Strippers Union, Swan, Leeroy Stagger, Wil, and Ridley Bent.
Pat Steward is busy as a clinician through his association with the SONOR drum company and Sabian cymbal company and frequently teaches and talks about what he does.
In 2012 Steward won "Best Drummer" at the BCCMA country music awards.
Odds released the album "the Most Beautiful Place On Earth" in February 2013.
