Christian Lettner

Christian Lettner is an Austrian Jazz drummer, based in Munich.
He studied at the academy for music and performing arts in Graz, Austria. Later he gratuated with distinction at the Bruckner Konversatorium in Linz, Austria. 

Since many years he is known for his versatility and musical flexibilty. In his career Christian has played with artists such as 
WDR Big Band, Eric Person Trio , Pee Wee Ellis, Randy Brecker, Rob Scheps Quartett, Majid Bekkas, Karl Ratzer, Peter O´Mara, Adrian Mears, Nils Landgren, Johannes Enders, Joo Kraus, Ola Onabule, Martin Grubinger „Percussive Planet“, Benjamin Schmid, Berliner Philharmoniker, Josef Hader, Max Mutzke, Max Herre, Sasha, and many more.

Since 2000 he is the drummer for Klaus Doldingers Passport.
Since December 2021 he teaches at the Munich University of Music and performing Arts as Professor for Jazz drums.
