Osamu Jinguji was born in 1980 and is co-founder of the Japanese band "Remioromen", founded in 2000. The band members were classmates from elementary school days and released the first album "Festa" in 2003. They have ever since recorded albums, many of which became big hits in Japan. In 2006 they played one of their biggest live festival shows, drawing more than 30.000 people, in Yamanashi.
In February 2012, Remioromen announced to take a break from their band activities.
