Already at the tender age of 13, Teddy was on stage and on drums playing on many occassions. He attended high school and played in the school band - Dixieland - in parallel. In 1970, after graduating from school, he moved to Hamburg. He later decided to become the full-time drummer. For more than 30 years Teddy Ibing is a member of the country band "truck stop", Europe's most successful country & Western band.
