Perfect as a all-round snare drum this model features a 9-ply Maple medium shell, a unique Cottonwood satin finish and Die-Cast chrome plated hoops. Producing a warm and full tone with a harmonic frequency, it also offers very clear attack and sensitive response due to the stainless steel wires.
14" x 6" Bronze
The “heavyweight” of the Artist series, this snare drum is made of a 14“ x 6“ cast bronze shell. Similar to the cymbal making process, the shell is made of one piece of bronze for best resonance and full projection. Offering maximum volume, it is the ideal Drum for music requiring a sharp, loud and powerful snare.

The main feature of this Artist Snare Drum is the massive, 27 ply (and hence 28 mm thick) beechwood shell. It is deep, dry, with lots of ‘bottom’, and yet transparent. Well suited for funk, fusion, jungle or electronic beats.
